The Health Care Practice Group seeks to hire a 3rd to 6th year associate to work in the Chicago office. A substantive background in the legal issues pertaining to provider health care organizations such as the Stark Law, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and health care regulatory compliance, and significant transactional experience involving health care organizations is required.
