The Richmond office seeks an associate with 4 – 6 years of M&A and related corporate and corporate governance experience. Drafting, and negotiating M&A transaction documents and experience in drafting commercial contracts needed. Candidate should have some experience managing or leading an M&A deal team. Must have a strong academic record and excellent writing skills.
