The Real Estate Finance & Investment Group in Los Angeles Office has an immediate opening for an experienced hourly attorney with 10+ years’ experience in commercial real estate transactional matters. The successful candidate will work on all aspects of commercial leasing including reviewing, drafting, and amending; and will have experience in SNDAs and memorandums of lease. This is a flexible position both in terms of hours worked and ability to work remotely. We are amenable to an Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, New York, or Palo Alto-based attorney in lieu of Los Angeles.
