Role/Job Description/Details:

We are recruiting an Associate with commercial and/or real estate transactional experience to join our Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level attorney with expertise in:

• Real Estate development
• Licensed in Texas
• Office Leasing (landlord or tenant)
• Condominium/Mixed Use (Developer)
• Purchase and Sale of RE (Buyer and Seller)
• Experience with Tax Increment Finance and other economic development tools and basic zoning.
• Borrower representation - including Texas opinion letters.
