We are recruiting a highly motivated Healthcare/Life Sciences Associate to join our practice in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience in FDA and federal healthcare regulatory matters such as Medicare coverage and reimbursement, Medicaid policy, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act. The candidate should have a broad understanding of the FDA regulatory framework that includes food, confectionery, pet food, pharmaceutical and device manufacturers. Additionally, knowledge of the tobacco regulations would be a plus. The ideal candidate must be admitted to a US state bar and be in good standing.
