We are seeking an associate with 5-6 years of general corporate experience for our Financial Services group (private fund experience would be plus but is not a requirement). The group focuses on transactional and regulatory matters in the investment management industry - investment advisers, hedge funds, private equity funds, commodity pools and family offices. The ideal candidate would have experience in fund formation, M&A, and securities law and be able to act as general counsel for clients. Law firm experience and a high level of academic achievement are required.
