The ideal candidates will have experience in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) electric and natural gas matters and with pipeline safety matters. Additional FERC experience, including experience with FERC’s eTariff system and electric market-based rate requirements, is preferred. Candidates must have good credentials and strong legal research and writing skills.
