Intellectual Property Media & Technology Practice Group seeksan IP transactional associate with a minimum of one year of experience at a large, international law firm. Experience should entirely or almost entirely focused on transactional work is required. The successful candidate would support a practice focused on (in order of priority): IP and technology contracting (e.g., license agreements, SaaS agreements, technology-related hardware agreements, technology-related services agreements, etc.); IP issues that arise in M&A and other corporate deals; general commercial contracting (e.g., supply agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, strategic alliances, joint ventures, etc.).Outstanding academic credentials are a required.
