We are seeking a mid-level ERISA/Employee Benefits associate with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with qualified & non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans, Healthcare Reform issues, employment tax work and executive compensation. Candidate must be detail oriented and have superior research, writing and communication skills. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidate will enjoy giving speeches, meeting with clients and developing new business opportunities. This person must be located full-time in Irvine. Must be a member of the CA bar.
