The New York office or Denver office is seeking a lawyer with 3-5 years of general experience focused on information technology transactions, outsourcing and/or software licensing transactions, to join the firm's global data protection practice. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting, advising and negotiating contract terms related to data security and privacy. The candidate should be self-motivated and have developed excellent analytical, problem solving and leadership skills, organized and have the desire and ability to take ownership of and lead client matters. The position will require significant interactions with clients and participation in the group's business development efforts.
