Snell & Wilmer seeks an entry level staff attorney to work in its commercial finance group in the Tucson Office. Previous experience is beneficial, but not required. The successful candidate will be involved in due diligence, documentation, negotiation and closing of sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and asset backed loans. This position is non-partnership track but the successful candidate will be an employee of Snell & Wilmer and not an independent contractor.
