The ideal candidate should have experience in areas of environmental compliance and regulatory advice, with an emphasis on the clean water act and NPDES related matters. Expertise in handling environmental cleanups and associated litigation is a plus, as is experience in other regulatory regimes, such as clean air act, wetland and waterway permitting. The candidate should demonstrate good judgment and responsiveness to client needs and deadlines. The candidate should be able to manage multiple projects and transactions with minimal supervision, and aspire to managing client relationships.
