Associate for our Washington, DC office with 2 - 4 years of experience in litigation, appeals, and/or telecommunications. We are seeking qualified candidates with interest and experience in administrative law, judicial review of agency actions, and district court litigation involving federal statutory claims, to join our highly regarded telecommunications and appellate practice to take on substantial responsibility in regulatory appeals and telecommunication cases involving the Federal Arbitration Act and the First Amendment. This team member will focus on, but will not be limited to, technology and telecommunications matters. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines are sought to assume responsibility in our nationally recognized practice group.
