Thompson Hine LLP seeks an Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex transactional matters, focused on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general corporate governance issues. Exposure to private equity, venture capital, securities (public and private offerings, reporting, and SEC compliance), and corporate finance would be of interest. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and drafting skills are required.
