Thompson Hine LLP’s Cleveland office is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of general commercial finance transactional experience (including secured transactions experience). The successful candidate will be involved in complex domestic and international transactional finance matters. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and work experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent drafting, client relations and negotiation skills. Prior training, or an interest in, the area of corporate trust is a plus.
