The Boston office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience, a commitment to exceptional client service, top quality writing skills and strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will have graduated in the top of their law school class, have experience in consumer, real estate, financial services and/or bankruptcy litigation, substantial deposition and court experience, and a willingness to participate in business development efforts. Experience with state and federal fair lending laws, a plus. Massachusetts license required; additional admissions (CT, ME, NH, RI) preferred.
