Requirements:

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.

• Candidates should have an outstanding academic record in the top 15% of class and two to three years of experience in labor and employment law, with significant litigation experience.
• Federal clerkships are a plus.
• A demonstrated commitment to practice labor and employment law is necessary.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
• PA/NJ bar admission required.
