Summary of Position:

As one of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms, we represent employers in a broad range of workplace matters. With more than 750 attorneys in 48 offices, the firm provides full-service labor and employment law representation for employers throughout the U.S., Europe and Mexico. Our clients include more than half of the Fortune 50 corporations, and some of New Jersey’s largest employers. Our Morristown office has an opportunity for an experienced associate to join the firm’s expanding practice.

Primary job duties would be defense of employment litigation and related claims in federal and state courts and administrative agencies and providing advice to clients on employment laws and compliance.

Requirements:

• 4 - 6 years of labor and employment law experience (from law school classes of 2009 – 2011).
• Excellent analytical and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and proactive thinking.
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey.
• Top 25% of Law School Class.
