Seeking a registered U.S. Patent Attorney with at least 3-5 years of patent preparation and prosecution and client counseling experience in a general practice law firm with an IP Group or an IP Boutique. Required candidate qualifications include:
- An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Molecular/Cellular Biology, Biochemistry or Immunology and additional studies in Organic Chemistry and comfort and familiarity with organic chemical matters
- Registered to practice before the USPTO
- Admitted to practice in NYS, or if admitted to practice in another state, willing to take steps to be further admitted in NYS
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Favorably considered additional candidate qualifications include:
