Requirements:

Successful candidates will ideally have 1-3 years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance matters. Candidates need to be team oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills and have excellent professional recommendations.
