Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking an Energy Project Development and Finance Associate with 3-5 years of such sophisticated legal experience, which would include drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements including, but not limited to, PPAs, EPCs, O&Ms, ESAs, fuel supply, feedstock, offtake, interconnection, loan, security, joint venture, concession, M&A, and other energy and infrastructure project development and finance agreements, and related energy regulatory matters. This associate would work in the firm’s Washington, DC office on the energy industry team.
