Kilpatrick Townsend’s Atlanta office is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join its Government Enforcement and Investigations team. The associate must have an interest in white collar/enforcement work, but prior white collar or criminal litigation experience is not necessary. Must have strong research and writing skills. Excellent law school credentials, including law review, are preferred. Current or former judicial clerkship experience highly valued. Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills highly valued.
