Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: natural resources and environmental law, project development, administrative proceedings, permitting and regulatory compliance; public and regulated utility issues; real property due diligence and transactions; real property entitlement; California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance; Coastal Act; Subdivision Map Act; Endangered Species Act; easement and title; and public law and policy issues including water and energy, climate change and air quality.
