Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Intellectual Property and Technology team. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: licensing and intellectual property-related transactional agreements and/or technology-related agreements.

Ideal candidates will have private law firm experience, excellent writing, analytical and communication skills with a strong background in intellectual property law. Candidates must have a history of excellent academic performance, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must be licensed in Colorado.
