The Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking a mid-level corporate securities and transactional associate with 2-4 years of experience in Corporate, Securities and Transactional law. This associate will likely work predominantly on public offerings, proxy statements, Exchange Act filings and other SEC matters, along with private placements and transactional work such as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and entity formation and restructuring. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in securities work as well as transactional experience with an understanding of the time commitment necessary to servicing securities and transactional clients in a high-volume deal environment. Qualified candidates will have strong work experience, academic performance and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment required.
