Sedgwick's San Francisco office is seeking a mid-level construction and general commercial litigation associate with experience in construction litigation, dispute resolution, counseling and transactional work. Must have a strong understanding of, and experience litigating construction contracts and issues. Qualified candidates must have superior academic credentials and excellent writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility.
