The Philadelphia office of Ballard Spahr's national IP practice seeks an IP litigation lawyer with two to five years of experience in complex Intellectual Property litigation. The candidate will join teams involved in cutting-edge patent infringement litigation in district courts around the country, as well as in post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The candidate may also join teams handling trademark and copyright litigation, as well as trade secret and licensing litigation.

We require top academic credentials, excellent litigation experience, and superb oral and written communication skills. We are particularly interested in former judicial clerks, but this experience is not required.
