Qualifications:

Saul Ewing’s Philadelphia office is seeking to add a highly qualified Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate with two to four (2-4) years of experience. Ideal candidate will have experience with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and admission to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Delaware admission is a plus.
