Morris, Manning & Martin’s Commercial Finance Group has an immediate opening for a full-time associate in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class, law review/journal experience), strong writing and analytical skills, experience with large and complicated transactions and 0-2 years of experience in one or more of the following: corporate finance, asset based lending, technology finance, and franchise finance. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
