The Philadelphia office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Corporate, M&A and Securities Associate with 3-6 years of experience. Candidates are required to have broad-based experience in the mergers and acquisitions area. Securities law knowledge is a plus, but not required. This associate will support our business transactional practice groups, but primarily our M&A and Private Equity Group.
