Blank Rome LLP is looking for a Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their national practice. We are open to having this attorney sit in either our Philadelphia or New York Office. The ideal candidate would be savvy in negotiating the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, and financing of real estate projects. Specific experience in industrial and office leasing is desirable. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players who are comfortable directly interfacing with clients and leading matters as appropriate. Outstanding academic and professional credentials are needed to join this fast paced team. Experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.
