Technology transactions associate with two to four years direct experience for our growing technology transactions practice. This position is to become part of the M&A team within the technology transactions practice and the person should expect to spend 70%-80% of their time working on M&A transactions for our serial acquirer clients as well as on sell side transactions. The balance of the persons time would be spent on licensing and other commercial transactions handled by this group. The firm handles complex, innovative M&A and technology transactions for some of the most prominent technology, entertainment and life sciences companies in the United States. Our technology transactions group also works closely with our corporate group, which is consistently ranked as one of the top IPO and M&A practices in the United States. We are particularly interested in those lawyers who have strong IP and technology transactions backgrounds and are enthusiastic about the M&A practice.
