Job Description:

The Wealth Planning Group of Reed Smith LLP, a top global law firm of over 1600 lawyers, is currently seeking an exceptional senior associate/counsel to join the firm's Philadelphia office. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years experience in sophisticated estate planning experience, a strong background in estate administration including preparing estate tax returns and otherwise dealing with state and federal fiduciary/estate issues, and an LLM in Taxation. Successful candidates will also have excellent writing and research abilities, strong academic credentials, a willingness to assume responsibility and engage in client development, demonstrated leadership qualities. Experience in tax/charitable organizations would be a plus.
