Job Description:
The Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy Group of Reed Smith is seeking a senior associate or counsel to join the Falls Church, Virginia or Washington DC office. The candidate must have extensive experience in representing banks and other lenders in loan workouts and restructurings and in asset recovery litigation in the state and federal courts in Virginia. The candidate must also have experience in handling bankruptcy matters for banks and other lenders in bankruptcy courts in Virginia.
The candidate should possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and be a member of the Virginia Bar.
