The Private Equity Group of Reed Smith LLP in New York is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join the firm's practice. Successful candidates will have 4-5 years of experience in private equity investments, public and private M&A and fund formation work. Looking for highly motivated candidates interested in working with leading US sponsors and major corporate strategics on complex, high profile, cross-border and US domestic deals. Also a willingness to help in client development is a must.
