Job Description:
The San Francisco office of Reed Smith is currently looking for a mid-level patent associate to join our Intellectual Property Group. The candidate must have 2-4 years of law firm experience in patent litigation and hold an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. MSEE applicants may have less firm experience.
Candidate must have strong writing and analytical skills. Experience with claim construction proceedings, discovery and brief writing is a must.
