Job Description:
The San Francisco office of Reed Smith is currently looking for a mid-level associate to join the Financial Industry Group. The candidate must have at least 4-5 years of substantive syndicated lending and credit transactions experiences. Derivatives and structured notes experience a plus.
Candidate must have strong writing and analytical skills, experience handling and managing multiple cases, and be able to serve as the point person on matters, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as client contact.
