The Pittsburgh office of Reed Smith LLP seeks a highly motivated junior-level attorney with 1-3 years of employee benefits experience. Candidates with employee benefits experience at a law firm, consulting firm, or governmental agency preferred.

Our Pittsburgh Employee Benefits attorneys represent local, national, and multinational corporations. Our team's work encompasses the full range of employee benefits matters, including: separation pay, retirement plans (defined benefit pension, 401(k), profit sharing), executive compensation, welfare and cafeteria plans. We have particular experience in all aspects of employee benefits, including ERISA compliance and fiduciary counseling, US and international plan design, IRS, DOL, and PBGC compliance, benefit claims and other dispute resolution, benefits issues in corporate and employment transactions, reductions in force, QDROs, retiree medical programs, and specialized benefit trusts.
