We are seeking an associate with 3-5 years of appellate litigation experience to be resident in one of our six domestic offices (Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, DC). The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex civil appellate matters across the firm’s varied practice areas. Candidate must have strong research and persuasive writing skills and graduated from an accredited law school with superior academic performance. An appellate clerkship is required. All candidates must be eligible to sit for the California, New York or Texas bar or waive into the District of Columbia bar.
