Ideal Candidate - Experience

We have an immediate opening for Financial Transactions Associates in the New York Office.

The ideal candidate will have four to six years of law firm experience representing borrowers, banks and other institutional lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, preferably with related expertise under UCC Article 9. Preference is given to specific experience representing banks and other institutional lenders in one or more of the following: leveraged lending, syndicated lending, letter of credit structures, subscription line loans and mezzanine finance.

Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills.
