Ideal Candidate

We have a need for a Real Estate Associate in the New York Office.

• The ideal candidate is a highly-qualified Real Estate Associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience with complex and sophisticated lending transactions.
• Candidates should have (but are not required) experience in some of the following areas: creation of real estate joint ventures and complex acquisition, dispositions and leasing transactions.
• Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills to join a close-knit, collegial group.
• A strong academic record is essential.
• Bar Admission in New York is required.
