Ideal Candidate

We have an urgent need for a Fund Formation Associate in the San Francisco office.

• The ideal candidate will have 4 - 6 years of experience in the formation and operation of private funds including:
  • private equity funds, leveraged buyout funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, mezzanine debt funds, real estate opportunity funds as well as other types of limited partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key: ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form to your team and clients.
• A strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters will add to your success on our team.
• Strong academic credentials in law coursework at a top-tier law school are highly valued.
• Bar Admission in California is preferred but, not a deal breaker.
