Our Health Care Practice Group is seeking to hire a mid-level associate to join either our Albany or Long Island office.



Attorneys in our Health Care Practice Group serve as outside general counsel to numerous hospitals, health care technology companies, and other health care and life sciences businesses and providers, and are frequently retained to serve as special counsel on particular projects, transactions, or issues. This position is a great opportunity for a junior attorney to join a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience who are dedicated to providing the best legal services for our clients.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience and have knowledge in corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters for health care clients. The successful candidate will have experience advising clients on federal and state regulatory matters; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures and affiliations; fraud abuse; HIPAA, graduate medical education funding and accreditation, medical staff bylaws and peer review issues; and managed care matters.
