REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONAL ASSOCIATE: GERSON LAW FIRM APC, a leading San Diego firm in real estate and real estate finance, seeks an associate with 5 - 10 years relevant experience to close loans on behalf of commercial lenders involving debts secured by all character real property.

Necessary experience and other requirements include:

• Direct experience closing commercial real estate loan transactions.
• Background in commercial real estate including purchase-sale transactions, leases, and title issues.
• Admission in good standing to the California Bar.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently but at the same time support more senior lawyers, when needed, and work as part of a small collegial team.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Have strong academic credentials and substantial experience in a large law firm.
• Transactional experience with commercial business matters in addition to real estate.
• Demonstrated client-generating ability.
