Associate for our dynamic and growing Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice. The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the areas of public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, public company representation and private company representation. We seek associates who enjoy working closely with clients in an exciting fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of New York is required.
