Pepper Hamilton’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group in Philadelphia is hiring a full-time Staff Attorney. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience prosecuting domestic and international trademarks, including office action responses. Candidates should have experience preparing and drafting trademark applications; responding to official communications (e.g., Office Actions) from the U.S. and international trademark offices; preparing trademark availability opinions, and performing trademark and copyright due diligence for corporate transactions; and the ability to manage docket, meet deadlines and produce results. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, and possess strong written and communication skills. Candidates must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and an active Bar license.
