Qualifications:
Mid-level securities associate with 4 to 6 years of experience. New York large firm experience preferred.
Mid-level associate with four to six years experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and private equity.
Mid-level associate with solid experience in the area of Leveraged Finance. Class of 2008 to 2010 will be considered.
Mid-level corporate associate with 3 to 6 years of M&A experience. Strong academic credentials and large firm experience required.
