Qualifications:
Mid-level associate with solid experience in the area of Leveraged Finance. Class of 2008 to 2010 will be considered.
Mid-level associate with 4 years of securitization or CLO experience to work in our Los Angeles office. Admission to the New York Bar required.
Qualifications: Mid-level associate with four to 3-5 years of experience in project finance transactions, with an emphasis on energy, natural resources, and infrastructure.
