Qualifications:
Mid-Level Tax associate with strong academic credentials and prior large firm experience. Class of 2007 to 2009 will be considered.
Mid-level securities associate with 4 to 6 years of experience. New York large firm experience preferred.
Mid-level associate with four to six years experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and private equity.
